Residual leukemic cell detection and quantification is an important tool for treatment stratification in acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Several technologies can be used in this context among which multi-parameter flow-cytometry is one of the most broadly used as well as best standardized approaches. The presentation will summarize current innovative solutions for highly sensitive and specific, rapid turn-around flow-cytometry able to detect rare pathological B-cell precursors upon a both flexible as well as standardized best-practice panel in dry-format.
Attendance available to Leukemia2019 registered participants. Full registration required.
